Customers are saying
Customers are delighted by the picture quality, ease of use, and the integrated Roku features of this 55" 4K Ultra HD TV. Many appreciate the value for the price and find the setup process straightforward. However, some users have reported issues with the remote control's functionality and occasional volume problems. 4k maybe
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So certain movies are great, however I tried everything to adjust it very limited options. It appears to have a cpu type lag and has that kinda British film look. As if the movie were low budget. Unless that what 4k is .

Not a High Quality 4K TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this television to replace a 55 inch Hisense 4K Ultra Smart, that was broken during a move. What attracted me to this tv was the price, it was cheaper to purchase than to buy another Hisense. I've had the tv for about 6 weeks & within the first two weeks I thought about returning it. Initially it was because the picture was not clear like it should be for a Smart tv. It shows like a regular LED, not a Smart tv. I've recently had problems with the picture locking up, showing lines across the screen that last for a couple of minutes. To say the least, if you can afford to purchase a better brand, I would do so.

Sound quality is horrible
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I tried to like this tv because of its great price at Best Buy but it’s sound quality was horrible. I had to turn up the tv to the highest level to be able to hear it. My husband also had the same experience( mind you I am 29 with no heating issues). The picture quality was okay. We needed up with a hisense. We love the picture quality and the sound quality is amazing. We only have to set it to like 10 to be able to hear it from the next room

Roku TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wish I could write a better review for this TV but it's been a headache since it was purchased. I have an insignia TV so I was very eager to buy one for my parents. I am positive it stated this TV came with delivery and install. I am told it was just delivery. Also, my father has not been able to connect to his wireless network. The old TV, that stood in the same place, connected just fine. The roku feature is useless.

Picture is great, buggy software
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The tv is great if you are just has a few bits of bugginess with the sound when using optical audio out, and the roku software sometimes doesn't respond as fast as it should.

Sound quality low
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the video but the quality of the audio volume doesn't match the good looking image. I have to get an auxiliary audio system to just watch basic tv programs

Ok tv for a cheap price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The tv is ok, nothing spectacular. Although it is a big size the quality is not what I expected, it freezes sometimes, picture quality goes in and out.

Not what I expected
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The price sounded great for a 4k tv. I brought the tv home and was impressed by the sleek, thin design. Plugged it in and tested with certain bluray movies and HD channels and found a grainy, jittery picture. I figured maybe tweaking and optimizing the picture settings would help. Unfortunately it did not. I was disappointed with this 4k tv. I ended up returning it and getting a samsung 55" 1080p 240hz refresh rate and it outperformed this 4k tv

Great picture, but......
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this tv and from first attempt would not power on with out running through a "power reset". I had to do this every time I tried to turn it on. There are many blogs and FAQ's about the issue. When I called insignia they new exactly why I called. it was a great price and a great picture but exchanged for a Sony and haven't had any problems since.

Display is lacking.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This would be a decent TV if the display were better, but flesh tones are inconsistent enough to detract from viewer satisfaction. Also, this is not a smart TV--no Netflix, etc.. . Lastly, the 4K does not provide a distinct advantage to 1080P unless you're watching 4K programming. All in all, I didn't find the TV acceptable.
