Bought the TV open box and have not had any issues. We are using it as a conference room TV. The Smart capability makes it easy to interface with apps we use.

I'm not happy with this TV. I could NEVER get it to connect to my wifi. I called Insignia support and changed my router parameters to match what the support tech suggested. It still wouldn't connect. So I did a system update............. well, that caused the TV to reset every 4 hours or so............even after I did a factory reset. I hate this TV.........I wish I had put the effort into getting it connected back when I could have returned it.

First one came out of the box with the screen kicked in and no signs outside of the box. Still the Best tv purchase I've made in awhile

Went and bought this tv on a whim and was surprised at the low cost of such a great product! Love the size and all of the features it has!

I REALLY ENJOY WATCHING ALL MY PROGRAMS ON THIS TV AND ESPECIALLY THE ROKU EXPERIENCE

the thing I like most about this tv is the built in roku feature and I like the fact that I can watch Netflix on this tv.

Great tv but I just wish I would have got the normal versions anything that the smart version can do a gaming system can do.

This TV came with one of the better Smart TV functions already built into it. No complaints yet.

setting up wifi and it keeping a connection was a pain. lost connectivity constantly. Returned it back to store.

Battery drains to fast and didn't work after the second time

This TV was at a great sale price, and the service was outstanding!

Does not have all of the capabilities as a regular smart TV. First you can not change the aspect ratio on it...you can stretch it, zoom or choose auto, but that doesn't allow you to set the true aspect ratio. Second, you can not go directly to a specific channel without scrolling through all of the channels.

For a budget TV, this met my son's needs for his bedroom / gaming setup.

Pros: Beautiful, Easy, Snappy, Robust User Interface All The Apps Good Picture Quality Great Value Cons: Not 4K 60Hz Refresh Rate (Not As Good For Watching Sports) I have owned 4 HDTVs in my life. A non-smart TV Samsung, two Vizio smart TVs and now the Insignia Roku Smart TV. The number one reason I would recommend this TV is the Roku interface. It is much faster and easier to use than other smart TVs. All of the apps open quickly and work amazingly. Everything is very intuitive and easy to use. I love how much faster and easier the apps and interface are than other TVs. The picture quality is better than Vizio in my opinion, but probably not as good as an LG or Sony. It has a 60Hz refresh rate and not a 120Hz so it might not be the best choice for someone who spends most of their time watching live sports, but the 60Hz may even be an advantage for those watching movies and TV shows due to the elimination of the "Soap Opera Effect" without the need to change your TV settings. We spend most of our time watching Netflix, HBO Go, Hulu+, and Amazon Prime. Since we got this TV we also find ourselves using the PBS and Youtube Apps. Since it is a Roku TV you have access to basically every TV app that is available and you can customize your home screen with the apps you want. It is also easier to switch between inputs. They got rid of the input button and instead your various inputs are clearly labeled on the home screen. For example we have "Cable," "Antenna," "Playstation," and "Blu-Ray" on our home screen. When you click on those or the various apps they open with basically no delay. It's so much faster and easier to use than other Smart TV interfaces. For those of you looking to "Cut The Cable" and use apps such as Netflix or Sling TV this is the perfect TV for you. If you want to keep cable but still have all the apps available to you this will also be perfect for you. I highly recommend this TV.
