    We have been a BestBuy customer for MANY MANY years.. I Have spent more money here than I even want to think. We have owned several tv's, most have lasted YEARS. This TV lasted a year and a half. The LED Backlight just went out, so we have a nice black screen. Because the warranty is barely out, and we are not paying for Geek Squad Service, they will do nothing to help us. What a crap TV to last just a year and a half. Very dissapointed.

    So far i am extremely disappointed with this tv. I hooked it up, went through set up and watched an movie from an app on the home screen. Went to bed and woke up early to play my ps5, well i couldn't find any connection. I knew i had put it in hdmi 3 and my xfinity peacock in hdmi 2. They we're both on but all hdmi channels, 1-3 said there was no connection. I unplugged the hdmi cords, unplugged the tv to no avail. I saw online to unplug All devices connected to the tv but my ps5 was on or on rest mode and unplugging it while in either of those modes can damage it and it was way more expensive for that than for the tv. I tried resetting the tv and still no game. I then unplugged both hdmi cords and plugged in the ps5 to hdmi3 port and left the other 2 hdmi cords open. I was then able to view my ps5 on the hdmi 3 channel. I tried plugging in hdmi 2 with the xfinity and it did the same issue. I guess you can only have 1 device plugged in at a time which begs to differ why have 3 hdmi ports and why my older vizio and cheap proscan have no such issues. Well i got to play my games so i was happy. Fast-forward to the next day, im playing my game 6am like usual bc my 6 month old wakes up. We play with toys then he naps and i play games. Well i go to play this morning and it works for 20 minutes, then all of a sudden the tv shuts off and the play station goes into rest mode. If i switch to hdmi 3 with the ps5 off, it will turn the ps5 on. So it only goes to reason that it can turn it off as well, as ive had another tv that could. Well i say maybe it just was a one time thing, nooe its happened 5 times already in the course of half an hour. The apps on the smart hub of the tv work fine and do NOT get shut off halfway through an online session. Its absolutely ridiculous. I didnt pay good money at bestbuy to get ap a half-backsided tv that has multiple issues 24 hours after purchase. I will be returning before this show storm and I'm left without an operational or semi functional tv. Unacceptable, ridiculous and a waste of my time and money

    It’s a an okay tv for the budget you pay, but certain apps won’t play 4k as said in description it playing at 4k and UHD, audio also isn’t very loud on the vocals.
