    Tv has a known issue, backlight goes out shortly after a year. Best buy knows but says they cant repair backlights on this model, Insignia refuses to do anything to help

    2 TVs, same exact issue

    Bought it and on Hulu, the colors flicker and have bars across the screen then on YouTube it flashes big green artifacts across the screen every few minutes. At one point on Netflix half of the screen had a green backlight to it. We exchanged it for the same one and it did the exact same thing right out of the box. It’s very frustrating for the price... would not recommend at all....

    Terrible product. Geek squad couldn't even fix it. They said they've never seen this problem before.....pixelations, jittering. They didn't seem very professional and they recommended that I return it. This is the third TV I've purchased from Best Buy, two of which I've returned. The first was a 32" Dynex years ago and it still works. 4K technology is not what it's cracked up to be.

    TV constantly becomes unresponsive. The best Insignia support could do was give me a new remote. That did nothing since it’s the TV is the problem. I cannot get support to respond anymore. Spend a couple more bucks on something that actually works. This TV will frustrate you.

    One of the worst TVs i have purchased. Nothing but tiny issues to deal with since day 1. Constantly having to reset the TV (not just turn on and off) cause one thing or the other doesn’t work. The whole UI moves slow. They’re the last to get all the updated apps. Bought a chrome cast that runs smoother. If you’re looking for a TV avoid these Amazon Fire TV.

    I bought 55” Insignia on March 3 2021. Today August 4 2023. Last only 2 years and 4 months. It’s not working anymore. Completely dead! Very disappointed.

    The backlight went out on my 55" Insignia Fire TV less than 15 months after purchase. For those considering the insignia line, I would recommend the purchase of an extended warranty. It's my fault, I did not get an extended warranty on a cheap TV and got burned.

    This tv stopped working after 1 1/2 yrs. Im very disappointed. I have 2 other Insignia tvs that are 6 and 10 years old and are still going strong. Im 6 months out of warranty and Insignia is telling me there is nothing they can do. Insignia is a Best Buy company

    The television went completely blank today. It has limited space. Every time you download an app it takes up space and a message keeps popping up to delete for more space. You can't watch a full movie sometimes because it cuts out.

    This TV was delivered and installed by Geek Squad in October 2020. This morning all HDMI ports have failed, and I can only access wi-fi connections (Netflix and Prime Video). I called Geek Squad (according to my Geek Squad agreement) and I can't get service on this TV until January 13th. Terribly disappointing for a three month old TV.

    It was heaven! For about 3 days. A horizontal line would start towards the top of the screen and then start to work its was down. Very noticeable during live sporting events and with Super Bowl coming up it is really frustrating it is happening. Cable company came out 2x and changed inside and outside cables. I am at a loss.

    Up until now, I would have considered this a great TV. But for it to only last a little over the warranty time is ridiculous. This TV all of a sudden stopped working and I got it November 2020. Now having to go and purchase a new TV. Not a happy camper at all!!
