Horrible brand. Stay away from Insignia

Mfg warranty is only a year and even though we have the Total Tech program, they came out and confirmed that is was "broken" and no repair could be done.

poor service

I can not get in touch with Insignia. It used to be you had 30 days to return. I had only 15 days. I could not afford the geek sqaud so I'm very upset about the whole thing . I will not be recommending this brand or best buy.

DONT waste your time with this one

TV issues already

When it was returned store noted it didn't seem right either and that their was a problem with this particular TV. Store offered an exchange but I did not feel comfortable getting a TV model that already experienced problems.

Never had issues with Insignia before but pretty disappointed I spent over $300 for a tv to last a little over a year……big thumbs down

I have no protection plan and the manufactures warranty was for only 12 months. Quote just to come look at it and figure out what was wrong was going to cost $250.

A constant rolling wave would start from the bottom of the screen and move thru to the top distorting the picture. Best Buy researched this problem and was willing to return this and let me purchase a Samsung it's place.

Worst purchase ever at Best Buy

They are great when they work and then the screen goes black. It’s a done deal because it’s more expensive to get it repaired .

Good best buy bad smart tv

As smart TV's go this one is kinda lack luster the processor freezes up at least twice a day causing us to physically disconnect it from power to reset it. For that reason this tv sucks!
