Downside is remote popped out and the replacement doesn’t have a voice control feature but Alexa has this deficiency covered. Nice picture quality, pair it with some external speakers and you have yourself a nice home theatre.

This tv met my expectations. Picture is bright, and the sound is fine. We keep it at #10 and it's plenty loud. Works fine with my cable box. I took out the extra warranty as well. If I see the 65" on a good deal I will purchase it as well. I picked this up vs. having it shipped. I don't know what panel is in it.

Great picture, sound, fast & responsive remote controls. Overall great quality for the price. We purchased an Insignia about 2 1/2 years ago and it has been a great television, glad we decided to purchase another.
