Don't waste your money

Can't hold all the typical streaming apps that are offered. Had to resort to external storage which is flawed. The quality of the picture is low and is not compatible from one app to the next. I would save up just a little more money and get a better TV that has more internal storage OR cut your losses and get a standard TV with a Firestick.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered one and when i got to my basket to pay for this TV for $ 89 it now advertised NO IN STORE PICKUP and then another message not available fir Zip Code 77586..i had friends in Dallas, Denver. and Phoenix tried to purchase it with the same replies...it appears it was/ is a RICO scam by Best Buy via CC. i am asking my attorney to contact the Texas A.G. and I will be in Austin to file a complaint against Best Buy for violation of the Texas DTPA.

Wasted Money

The sound goes in and out and there is no way to fix it. It was suggested that I purchase a soundbar. TV isn't used much because it's in the bedroom. Wasted money!

I called Best Buy and the geek squad suggested buying the tv again since it would cost more to fix it. I wouldn’t spend another penny on an insignia product. This tv was a waste of money and the geek squad has horrible service!

GEEK SQUAD MESSES UP AGAIN.

THE FIRST INSTALLER SHOWED UP ON TIME BUT DID NOT HAVE THE TV WITH HIM. RESCHEDULED THE INSTALLATION. i ELECTED TO PICK UP THE TV FROM MY LOCAL STORE - THAT WENT WELL. THE TV IS SITTING IN MY GARAGE WAITING FOR AN INSTALLER FROM GEEK SQUAD TO SHOW UP. TODAY I FOUND OUT THAT THE INSTALLATION I HAD RESCHEDULED WAS NOT ON THE GEEK SQUAD SCHEDULE. THEY WANTED ME TO RESCHEDULE AGAIN - NO DICE. I CANCELLED THE INSTALLATION FROM BEST BUY AND WILL DO IT MY SELF.

Buyer beware! DO NO BUY

The sound works in the background but the picture screen turns black. Tried every troubleshoot possible, nothing works. It's just a very faulty TV. Of course warranty was given for only 1 year, because why not? I contacted Insignia to see if they still cover repairs, they don't. DO NOT BUY! Unless you want to spend $500 for a TV that lasts 1 year. Worse TV ever, worse customer service ever, worse brand ever.

Great in the beginning but after a year it’s trash

Went to watch it this morning and it’s a black screen but you can hear the sound. We purchased the geek squad protection But that takes weeks according to geek squad. Because it’s over 46” you are basically screwed until geek squad decides if it’s reparable it’s needs to be replaced. Buyer beware!!!

Complete Junk

The screen is completely black. I owned an insignia (non smart tv) before and it lasted 10 years. I don’t even think this one made it a year. Avoid this tv like the plague.

HORRIBLE! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

That should have been a sign to return it and never look back but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and traded it in for a new one. Two years later the screen now flashes the insignia logo then goes black. What a waste of money and time.

Insignia TV shuts down
