Insignia’s are a great “value” TV. But the picture lacks vividness and the black is just not deep enough. Also Amazon Fire TV’s suck. Terrible user-interface. Beholden to Amazon. Crummy remote. I always make the same mistake in trying to save $100-$150 and wind up immediately returning and spending to extra money on a Samsung. If you can afford the extra )100-$150 just go with a similar model Samsung.

Amazing quality for a great price! Would definitely recommend it. I will probably get one for my Mom so she can upgrade to a smart TV.

The picture quality is great, no problems with the TV appearance, nice, slick design. after two years, the picture would not turn on. It would flicker once and shut down. After research, suggest a power source problem. it was only plugged in once, and never moved, so must be internal issue.

Great TV for the cheap price! We wanted something cheap enough at the size we needed. With some adjustment, we have the picture looking great.

I am very happy I decided to get this TV. It is very straight forward and easy to get set up and use. The picture and sound are great!

We loved the tv when we first got it. Great features, picture and sound quality. Then about 3 weeks into using it something weird was happening to the picture. It would slowly fade away the old picture and try to display the new one over top of it and you’d still see the only screen slowly fading off and to the right of the screen. Hopefully mine was just defective because the Alexa features and setup was incredible.

This TV works great! Looks good, and a great price. You really can’t beat the price. Does everything most other smart TVs do. 5 stars!

Nice clear picture. Perfect size. Color is great. Just wish the audio was in front.

Good value for price. Light distribution on screen is not the greatest (slightly uneven depending upon image viewed and room lighting) but what do you expect for the price! Only concern is that it tends to lose connection periodically with Wifi (couple of times a week) so that it loses touch with Alexa for voice activated control. Easy to reconnect by just manually turning on with remote then it somehow is able to reconnect). Ability for limited voice control (depending on the App used) is a plus but is quite limited at this time. Another plus (a big one imho) is that I have it connected to my AppleTV and the Insignia remote (because it is RF connected) also works to control the Apple TV box. I guess Apple and Amazon can get along! The Insignia remote is perhaps not as stylish as the AppleTV remote, but most importantly it is much easier to use (the positive clicks and directional wheel are much less finicky than the AppleTV touch pad style of remote). All in all, at 55”, a good value for a guest bedroom or small game room (not quite up to being the main screen in a home theater, but again, what do you expect for the price?)
