Picture quality is great for $400 and the FireTV is great to use. I especially like the FireTV since it ties into my Amazon/Alexa ecosystem. I am not giving it 5 stars due to one issue where the display flickers when streaming on the YouTube app. I have not experienced this flickering on any other app. Others have reported the same issue.

The sound auto adjust properly. You can hear the action and people talking clearly without having to turn the volume up and down. The screen can get very bright when needed but also in dark scene you can still see what is in the dark. The remote is small so I can see it getting lost easily. But its response time is very fast. you click and its doing whatever you told it to do. Not heavy at all. One person can move it around. Good TV

I replaced an LG that died on me after 3 years. I like picture quality, sound quality. The only thing that is annoying is everytime I turn it on it tells me it's not connected to the internet. Then a few seconds later it is. Probably nitpicking but it does annoy me.
