Don't really need all the smart features, and kind of annoying when you don't connect to wifi it keeps asking you if you want to connect to wifi.... but the picture quality is by far better than the other models in its price range.

Tv purchase

Had to take first tv back because it had lines running through the picture. Although picture and color were excellent. Second tv seems to be having a similar problem. Will be contacting customer service for advise again. First return was quick and easy.

Great Price but Set-Up Could have been easier . .

Had some difficulty in getting the Roku box to communicate initially. But resolved itself by the second day of attempting the connection. Was able to use the Price Match policy in the store. Wow, it was as easy as they said. No hassles. Verifiable.

Defective upon opening

It was a very nice tv and very easy to set up. I loved all of the smart features it had and how easy it was to access the different streaming services. After only a few hours of having it hung on my wall, I started to notice that the tv was having issues. There was a weird purple and green haze that would start at the bottom of the screen and quickly move to the top of the screen. It was almost as if the tv was being electrocuted. Obviously, it was defective and I did not even want to keep it for more than a day because it was very distracting. Other than the defect it was a gorgeous tv. The refresh rate wasn't amazing even on just a regular movie but it was still a nice tv.

A great value and a solid product

Only knock is that the Bluetooth is lacking a little and doesn't pick up the signal as well as other Bluetooth devices which are in the same proximity as the router. Not terrible, just not as good.

Great choice

Picture is crisp, and remote is very easy to use. I have direct tv, however I’m going to cancel since I can get Netflix and Hulu for what I watch. My 5 year old grandson loves the fact that he can use the remote and go on his Netflix account to see his favorite programs. Good choice for the money.
