This Insignia 55 inch tv was a great deal from Best Buy. My husband unboxed it and mounted it using a wall bracket that I also purchased. The picture quality and sound are amazing. Also amazing was the ease of purchasing online and using curbside delivery. It was all carried out in the easiest, safest manner. We are very pleased with Best Buy.

I was looking for a good, large screen TV with FireTV built in and found the Insignia on sale at a great price. The set is exactly as advertised. Easy to set up and to connect into Alexa. Great picture and sound. Delivery was free, and the set arrived on time. Very pleased with this purchase and would definitely buy again. Highly recommended.

I have nothing but good things to say about this Insignia 55" tv. It is exactly what I was looking for in a tv, I can easily navigate through channels with it being a Fire TV Edition and it's a perfect size for my room. The setup was really simple. The quality of the picture is excellent. I actually bought two of these tv's! I'm very happy I purchased this item.

Service was excellent. Had to take first tv back because it had lines running through the picture. Although picture and color were excellent. Second tv seems to be having a similar problem. Will be contacting customer service for advise again. First return was quick and easy.

The tv was better than expected. Plus I enjoy the built-in firestick.

Good picture on TV. Bought open box but that was misleading because they had to take the tv off the display wall when I got there and there was no box. Or remote. Pretty rough shape.

Great picture, great features, incredible value for the money. Only knock is that the Bluetooth is lacking a little and doesn't pick up the signal as well as other Bluetooth devices which are in the same proximity as the router. Not terrible, just not as good.

Love it! Excellent picture quality and easy to use

I purchased this tv because it was on sale during the Black Friday sales. It was a very nice tv and very easy to set up. I loved all of the smart features it had and how easy it was to access the different streaming services. After only a few hours of having it hung on my wall, I started to notice that the tv was having issues. There was a weird purple and green haze that would start at the bottom of the screen and quickly move to the top of the screen. It was almost as if the tv was being electrocuted. Obviously, it was defective and I did not even want to keep it for more than a day because it was very distracting. Other than the defect it was a gorgeous tv. The refresh rate wasn't amazing even on just a regular movie but it was still a nice tv.

The TV was easy to setup. Had some difficulty in getting the Roku box to communicate initially. But resolved itself by the second day of attempting the connection. Was able to use the Price Match policy in the store. Wow, it was as easy as they said. No hassles. Verifiable.

This tv is an excellent choice for the price. Picture is crisp, and remote is very easy to use. I have direct tv, however I’m going to cancel since I can get Netflix and Hulu for what I watch. My 5 year old grandson loves the fact that he can use the remote and go on his Netflix account to see his favorite programs. Good choice for the money.
