Our tv no longer supported any of our stuff (Firestick, Xbox One, Cable TV) it was glitching and just was on its last leg. We looked at several different brands before and settled on this one. We were very happy with our choice. Good picture, works with everything. Good price on it.

This was a fantastic buy. It was easy to set up and enjoying the big screen very much. Only thing when they set up my receiver they forgot to push it to ty he w a rehouse so I had to pick it up myself which was a big issue since I'm handicapped and had to ask a neigh n or to bring it in for me

We are happy with our purchase! We love the "Alexa" feature on the remote. Its helpful and easy especially when our toddler has a special request. The colors are vibrant and images are crisp and clear, and it was affordable for our little family. We were overdue for an upgrade.

So far, this T.V. has exceeded my expectations. The price range was excellent. Picture quality is exceptional. Glad I took a chance, and did not allow myself to be swayed by the negative reviews. This is my first Fire T.V., and I was able to adjust to the interface with no issues.

These Insignia are the best value at Best Buy. Their prices are slightly lower than the name brands and I have concluded that their picture and reliability is often better than the name brands. I have 5 Insignia TVs and one large LG, and like the Insignias better! Kudos to Best Buy!

Overall I love the quality of this tv. It’s amazing coverage but doesn’t look like you’re watching live coverage. And the sound is really crisp. The only thing I’d say is that it sometimes glitches when loading onto an app. Besides that it feels like a very lived in theatrical experience.

The picture quality is good the sound is awesome. There was a commercial on and someone rung the door bell. Boy, I thought it was mine! I would purchase another TV but in a smaller size. May 43" for my bedroom instead of the 24" I have.

Insignia Fire TV in my opinion are the best. Almost always you can find this product on sale but even if it wasn't its still worth the money. You can twick your Amazon fire tv programs and more. Very satisfied with this product that this is like my 5th tv purchase.

TV shows great but should put a huge sign on the TV that says it’s a smart TV but will not mirror your iPhone. This is the only flaw I found with the tv but it shows great!

Bought this Insignia 55" 4K UHDTV for my garage/man-cave. Easy setup and built-in FireStick is awesome. Enjoying Over-Air TV, Amazon, Netflix, Hulu & others all in 1 single remote control. Vibrant colors! Big plus is its least expensive price. I would buy another 1 in the future.

Was looking for a new TV for our bedroom. Was actually looking into one that was smaller, but was sold out. For a little extra cash ended up picking this one and am extremely happy with purchase. Was easy to hook up and very easy to navigate if you've had a roku tv before.

I had been searching for just the right TV for my mother, at the right price, and Best Buy came through with just what I was looking for. I gotta say Customer service was great. This 55” Insignia has brought my Mother’s living room to life. I’m very pleased with purchase!

I bought this TV for myself for a birthday present. It looks and sounds great. If you hook an Xbox One S (or above) to this, you need to manually change the HDMI setting to 2.0 before the Xbox will go to 4k UHD. If you leave it on auto, it will only give you 1080p

For an inexpensive TV option this has been a good purchase thus far. The picture is clear and the sound not bad for a small/medium size room. Only issue I have is not being able to download my Xfinity Stream app.

This is a good and basic smart TV for the price. Based on other reviews, the question will be screen time longevity; I've had/used this TV for about two weeks - no problems. Plugging it in and setting-up out of the box was not complicated. The refresh rate of 60 Hz is adequate, although it lags at times. The menu and settings, in my opinion, leave a lot to be desired; they are very basic and not overly intuitive. The new type of remote may take some getting used-to for some; for me, I generally just use my cable remote to change HDMI channels. I'm an Amazon Prime member, so this Fire TV Edition was nice; I was able to remove my Fire TV box and move it to another room. So far, so good. Hopefully it will last a few years picture-wise.

Picture quality is solid and home screen is just like the firestick. Wish I could not have to use my sound bar remote for sound. Even with the optic hooked up to TV still need sound bar remote to control sound

I'm very happy with this TV! Fire integration was perfect, and the sound is fantastic. When I read reviews of the TV it suggested to change many of the default video settings, which I did. Very happy with the picture quality now.

Absolutely love my tv! You can’t beat the fire tv being built inside the tv. Always go for the fire tv editions!

This was one of the best deals iv scored in a long time. The tv is all around good quality. No one tv is perfect but this one is close. I don’t have anything bad to really say. Im not always lucky with deals and sales with electronics but Im happy I bought it.

Bought this to replace a Vizio tv which could not be updated. Want to watch Disney+? Not on Vizio. Want to watch YouTube videos? Not on Vizio. These and many more apps are available on this tv. Picture is great, price was excellent and delivery was on time.
