Everything works great! We love the built in fire stick, but sometimes it can be a bit slow.

5 stars because it does exactly what I wanted it for. The picture looks really good. It’s a great size. The TV is very light. The Amazon feature is great. My other TV’s have had Roku and Google. I’m a bigger fan of the Amazon TV.

Having never owned a 4k TV before, this was a big step up. Got it for me and my roommates as I'm a sophomore in college, and we needed a TV for our apartment. The quality of the resolution, regardless of the genre of show, was phenomenal! The audio was better than the soundbar we got for it, which to be fair we cheaped out on with a $30 soundbar from Walmart. Kinda underwhelming on bass if you download spotify, but I would definitely recommend a quality soundbar with this TV, as the investment would definitely pay off! We had problems loading any shows on Netflix or Hulu, but we reset the tv. The restart process took not even 5 minutes, but it fixed the problem. It's been a couple months since our purchase, but I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a TV!

Bought to replace a similar TV which broke during a move. This model is great - sharp picture, powerful speakers, and the right amount of HDMI ports (more than comparable Sony model). Glad I picked this one over the more expensive Sony.

We purchased this TV to replace a Sony that died after 2 years. We have been very happy with this TV. It has a GREAT picture and with it being a Smart TV we can now access all our other programs on NetFlix, YouTube, etc. We would recommend to anyone.

This TV delivers a good picture coupled with a pretty decent sound quality. I upgraded from a much smaller 1080p Samsung. The picture pops and display a very nice image. I’m more that happy with the price paid for what I’m getting. It’s a solid performer.

Have had it for a month and am very happy with it. Occasional glitches when streaming certain apps and the home screen navigation can be confusing, but picture quality and value are great.

The picture on this TV is great when it works properly, but that's about it. I don't recommend this brand, or buying a TV with a ROKU or Fire program installed, as it glitches and crashes the apps, especially when binge-watching something. I have had three different TVs with this feature and none of them run the apps properly, as the apps do when you run them from a Roku, Fire stick, Apple TV or similar device that you attach to the TV separately. And if you have these problems under warranty, don't expect to get a new TV right away. It took me six months and several repairs, including replacing the motherboard twice, before they were willing to replace the TV. The biggest issue that never got fixed was the sound; it would either stay on after turning off the TV, would, after switching to another program, play the sound from the previous program, (I had no external sound bars or devices attached) or cut out on a regular basis for several seconds before coming back on. As well, there were issues with lines running through the picture, or pieces of it turning to a color block for several seconds. Hoped the replacement TV I received (which was this model) would fix those issues, but immediately the apps would glitch and crash from time to time, regardless of which app I used. Still holding my breath about the sound and picture issues, as I've only had this one a couple months. Now there's no warranty, so if something goes wrong again, I'm screwed. I fear I shall be making another TV purchase within the year.

The Insignia 55 inch 4K UHD TV is a great purchase. It was on sale when went to BEST BUY, and I am very pleased with it. Picture quality is very clear and sharp and bright. It has a stand but I wall mounted it. in my bedroom and it looks great there.

We are loving it. The size is perfect for our living area. The color on the tv is awesome. So much better than our old tv. The buttons for Netflix and hulu are so handy. I use the alexa features all the time. I am very satisfied with this tv

Really decent tv for the price. You get what you pay for with that understanding I don't have any complaints.

Great bang for the buck, it's my first insignia and after a year the TV still working perfect really easy to use I love everything about it

Pretty good TV, nice picture and sound quality. I’d give it 5 stars but I just don’t like that you can’t adjust the display settings unless you’re actually watching a movie.

I bought this for my fiance's grandpa because it's a much larger screen than what he had before and It has a useful voice remote. Instead of typing in what he wants to search for he just talks into the remote and it works great for him.

Really love this TV. Was skeptical to buy a lower end TV but would purchase again in a heartbeat. Picture is amazing after tweaking some settings. Refresh rate could be better, but colors and richness of the picture is great!

Definitely recommend this TV brand! Saves time and money versus buying a smart tv then a fire stick! Everything is all in one! Bought a Vizio Smart Cast and it doesn’t let you download channels so I definitely recommend the fire tv!

Great buy I have not had any problems and it's the best buy name brand . I was not so sure to buy it but sales person told us that best buys name brand was just as good as the others.

Although the pickup process was very slow, they worked at handling the situation as quick as they could with getting my tv and mount ready after I had arrived to the store. We do love the tv and the mount set, it's been great since then.

Simple setup, easy to navigate between tv and smart tv features. I bought this for someone in their 70s and they have been able to understand it all without needing to ask tons of questions. Stop looking and go buy it !
