Love this tv. Easy to setup and sign into amazon account. Great picture. The only downfall is you can't connect your phone. You can only connect electronics with a hdmi cable.

I live this TV picture is great and it was reasonably priced. It has a fire stick built in which in use every day.

This 4K TV was a great investment. If you’re looking for a new television then this TV is definitely worth buying. Plus it’s a FireTv, so the apps are already installed, which is an added bonus. Quality Picture and sound.

Best t.v. On a budget! The 55" picture is bright and sharp. Best buy brand is in all three rooms of my house, so I am familiar with them and no learning curve, which ! !ove. Easy to operate. Not so many bells and whistles.

I love this TV. Picture is crystal clear and everything is built in. From the FireStick to plugging in your TV antenna. It all is accessible on the screen with one remote control. Outstanding value for the price!!!

Bought this TV as a replacement for my last Insignia because I was so happy with my last one. I love the new one as much as I did the other one, not even realizing that I bought the old one eleven (yes, 11) years ago.

Everything works great! We love the built in fire stick, but sometimes it can be a bit slow.

Great package deal with 4k and all the apps loaded. Perfect for the bedroom. If you want a better panel then step up to a Sony or Sharp otherwise no complaints here. Easy to setup, update, and get going! Netflix and chill.

Love this TV! Very easy to function, voice remote helps search across all apps, and you're getting Prime on your TV. Only wish the web browser was easier to work with.

Great TV so far... installed an wall bracket and the picture is good. I can not get my cable box remote to pair but I am sure it is not the tv. Great product so far.

We bought this tv to place in our RV because of the fire stick thats built in. It can be confusing to get and view regular tv on it but overall its a great tv.

The tv worked great and had a wonderful picture. But a little over a year after purchasing it the picture went black and never came back. Thankfully I had insurance and was able to get an exchange to get another brand of television. A brand endorsed by Best Buy should be made with a focus on providing the consumer with the best product. If there is know problem it should be addressed and corrected.

Great bang for the buck, it's my first insignia and after a year the TV still working perfect really easy to use I love everything about it

The Best Buy I ever made was the 70 inch LG and this is my second Best Buy. The TV is great with an excellent picture and sound. The price at $329 was a "steal." Keep up the good work and looking forward to my next Best Buy.

Teenage daughter was looking for a great tv to hang up in her bedroom and this was perfect. Staff very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly at the Destin store. Tv is great quality and just what she was looking for .

This TV is perfect for us. Amazon Fire and we get so many stations. The picture is so sharp and the colors are real. I would recommend this TV for anyone who is looking for a great product at a great price.

Awesome picture, I just hate that it keeps saying that I don’t have enough storage. After deleting a few apps that I don’t use though, issue resolved.

Bought my tv in 2019 and the back light burned out. Tv turns on you get sound no picture. Went bad in August 2021. Blue light flash in the front of the tv. Buy the protection plan this tv will break in less than 2 years.
