She’s not very good at using technology, however, she quickly picked up this tv and loves it. The interface can be a little buggy and the storage runs out quick, however, it’s nice for a living room and moderate use

She was a little shocked to get a 55 inch TV but is learning to use Alexa and the other features. Great TV for the price.
