    Tv was great, except USB PORT DOES NOT SUPPORT APPS. Returned to store on December 13, 2020 at 11:17am. Store took away my Best Buy Points, but REFUSED TO CREDIT, THE BEST BUY CARD. Talked to Store Manager, which was trying to help me. BUT THE GEEK SQUAD, wouldn’t let him do it. I HAD RECEIPT IN MY HAND. All he could say, DISPUTE THE TRANSACTION!!!!!!!!! So all I can say, I WILL NEVER SHOP BEST BUY AGAIN!!!!!!! Buyer BEWARE!! BEST BUY IS SO STUPID!!!!!
