Returned to store on December 13, 2020 at 11:17am. Store took away my Best Buy Points, but REFUSED TO CREDIT, THE BEST BUY CARD. Talked to Store Manager, which was trying to help me. BUT THE GEEK SQUAD, wouldn’t let him do it. I HAD RECEIPT IN MY HAND. All he could say, DISPUTE THE TRANSACTION!!!!!!!!! So all I can say, I WILL NEVER SHOP BEST BUY AGAIN!!!!!!! Buyer BEWARE!! BEST BUY IS SO STUPID!!!!!

The picture/color isn’t what you would expect to see on a higher end set but it works for our purpose. There aren’t many menu settings and the layout is a bit quirky in my opinion but again, for the money it is good. Been using it about a month now with no issues.

It was a 2 month process with lots of phone calls, but eventually got this 55" Insignia as a replacement from Best Buy, plus $70 upgrade price, after a delay of 3 weeks due to the item being sold out. It seems to work better than the Toshiba so far. Fingers crossed. I also got a $25 gift card coming (supposedly).
