    I arrived at the store 7 minutes past closing yet a gentlemen at the door got my Ps4 for me.This was amazing because I drove over 30 miles trying to get there on time.This is definitely what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and I definitely will continue to shop there.Thank u BEST BUY ,we need more outlets performing the same way your employees do.

    I have had this tv a little over a month and the first two weeks it was perfect. Since then these past 2+ weeks the sound has often times gone out on the tv and also with the speakers connected to the tv. The picture was also crisp and clear at first but has turned grainy at times since then. However the main issue I have is with the sound going out I am hoping to have some sort of resolution with Insignia to correct this issue.

    A bit hard to figure out how to get regular TV. I'm not up with the latest technology, so this was not too obvious. The instructions???? I guess you have to download them. I guess you have to be smarter than the TV. Make the "dumb" TV available again.
