Great TV for the price. If I had anything negative to say it would be that the sound could be better but if you connect it to a sound bar, problem solved. I have a couple of these TV’s. The Fire TV interface is great.

We purchased an insignia tevision for the first time, two years ago. We were sooo! Happy with the purchase. Especially! When we could controll every feature through the Alexia app. That we decided to purchase two 55' Insgnia this time! And we caught it, at an Amazing sale price.

The Refrigerator was the size and color that I wanted. It also fit it in the space that I had to put one in and I liked this one because it had two doors. One for the fridge and was for the freezer. The thing I also liked it was delivered promptly and put in my basement

Love this TV. It was time to upgrade our older TV for a newer one. The functions on this smart TV is just amazing. We don't have the traditional cable TV and we love to use different subscriptions. It's easy to navigate through the different apps and I love that it uses Amazon with Alexa.

I bought a 55inch smart insignia tv for a Christmas present for my grandchildren. They absolutely love it. They are using it for their Xbox games and tv programs. I am very satisfied with my selection of this tv. I have had great compliments for selecting this tv from Best Buy.

The color is good but not better than more bigger brand names like Samsung or LG. Moving around the U/I is a little clunk, overall I would still recommend the price makes it a good deal over the small issues I have.

This BS TV went out on me has a blank screen still turns on and off still has sound but nothing else before 1 year of use completely ripped me off ! I paid to have it put on my wall and now I have to buy a new tv but also pay to have it removed and put up again ! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS BRAND !

Good tv for the value. The input changes automatically and it is annoying at times. And I don’t like that it always starts on Amazon prime video menu. Other than that it works and looks good.

Not bad quality for the price, defiantly not top of the line but does the trick for a spare TV. Having the smart features is great and allows for easy connection to Hulu/Netflix etc Would recommend!

Loved when new, but never lasted. I have tvs that are 10 years old but loved having fire tv built in. Bad thing is they don’t last. The other down fall is the memory in them. There is not enough to have all your streaming. Ran out of memory all the time and there was only a few apps that could be transferred to a usb for storage. Good concept poor execution.

It was a good experience. I was in the market for two 50” or bigger TVs and was helped by a very knowledgeable salesman. He worked with me through the whole process and ended up with a 50” and a 55” tv and a Bluetooth speaker that I was needing

As long as you have internet or can connect to the internet and if you have an account with Amazon, Netflix etc....and if you love movies or want to binge watch.....this tv is for you!!

It serves it's purpose. It's the right size and looks nice. The picture color isn't great. I wish the remote wasn't so small and flimsy. But for the inexpensive price it's still worth it imo.

Lovr it awesome tv only thing is the geeksquad protection plans dont cover crap that can actually happen to tv. Like an actual bat flying into it and cracking screen. Find it bs we spend so much on tv to find out doesn't cover screen.

Picture was great for the price, no complaints about sound or picture quality. 21 days after purchasing the tv, a solid line about 3-4inches down appeared and span the width of the tv. Best Buy took the tv back due to the “extended return” for the holidays. However, I would’ve had to go through the manufacturer if it was the regular 14 day return policy. Best Buy replaced it with a Hisense, same features because this tv was out of stock and back ordered.

We've had this TV for about 9 months now. It works great! Every app in the world is on it. The only complaint is that the remote/TV doesn't let you jump between 2 shows without having to go up or down through the channel guide.

It's good quality, sound could be improved but overall it does what it's supposed to. My only real issue is that unless you can pay for subscriptions or multiple services, you are stuck watching YouTube.

They delivered my tv right on time. We had to have them send someone to set it up as well. He was very nice and polite. He answered all of our questions and trust me we had plenty!!! A very nice experience. We will order from them again.

Bought this to replace an really old 49”. Had previously purchased a smaller Insignia that worked just fine. Got this one home, set it up, and every time I changed the channel, after a couple seconds, I would get green pixels over most of the screen for a few seconds, then it would correct itself. Very annoying. Packaged it up, took it back the next day, and replaced it with a more expensive Samsung that has been great so far.

Love the TV however the notice that pops up when it says you are out of space is annoying. I’m not even at half space and it continues to pop up and you have to clear it or it won’t go away.
