This is the greatest TV for gaming, having Bluetooth surround sound set up and having double HDMI ports. I can have both my consoles running and downloading games without the TV glitching out.

I would recommend this TV. The resolution is great, set-up is easy, size is perfect. The only downfall is the sound. It is not as loud as it could be. We needed to add external speakers.

I’ve never actually “watched” MY new tv. Since the day it was delivered it somehow made its way upstairs into my daughters room. But from what my ears tell me she enjoys it very much. You can hear her gaming from down the block.

The customer service as well as overall in-store experience was phenomenal. Both products purchased have worked well to and beyond their expected capacities. Overall, couldn't have been happier with either product or customer service.

It is a very good option for the price. the image quality is very good. i although it works with streaming apps. the first connection to wifi. when you turn it on it's kind of slow. takes almost a minute to connect the first time

It was an easy setup everything worked for a while but then it stopped connecting to my wifi and I had to connect through an Ethernet ugh so frustrating

I bought this as a present for my mother and she loves it. Unfortunately it started acting up after a year and a half.

I love the Insignia products and this is a great TV. However, I gave the 3 stars because it is a FireTV with limitations on APP installation even with using USB external storage. Only handful Apps can be moved to or installed on the USB while otherwise it is not allowed. Can not delete obsolete amazon apps and hence after w hile you keep getting popup message to clear memory. Works great if you attach AppleTV to it and stream the Apps that way.

Once I found a representative to find the TV my purchase experience to include conversation n loading was too notch. I enjoy my product wish I had made the purchase n upgrade much sooner. Will purchase n upgrade more tvs.

I like this better than my samsung tv (don't get me wrong is a great tv and huge also got a great deal on that to through Best Buy) but I like the remote with all the built-in options "alexa, netflix, amazon, hulu" etc.

My remote leaves something to be desired compared to what I am use to. The picture fades when you are sitting to one side, which has not happened with my previous TVs.

We noticed a slight problem at times on the screen. A little line . It’s not a good tv for anyone who can’t handle technology. It’s a smart tv will lots of great features. Thanks

Tv is okay. Picture and audio quality are generally what you would expect. The biggest issue I have is when watching YouTube videos in 4k of scenery. As the camera is slowly panning, the picture is not smooth and looks like it's skipping frames. Some of the background, especially greenery, noticeably flickers. I've played with different smoothing and picture options but it doesn't seem to change. Additionally, every now and then the picture will flash and there will be a green line through the screen.

For the price you can’t beat it I’ll still stick to my Sony better picture but good enough for kids and get togethers

Was a good television. However, when toggle to different inputs sound would not line up with picture. You would have to turn off then back on to fix that. After 1 and 5 months the screen went black and would not show picture. Basically junk after a short time. Do not buy this. or if you do, get the protection plan, you will need it

I really like this tv I love how it already had some of my favorite tv apps on it

We are using this TV outside while we watch college football by our fire pit. We love the smart features that allow us to use our fire stick and WIFI, no extra cords!

The TV was on sale due to the location being renovated. I couldn't pass up a deal like it, especially after just moving into our new home. It was a nice addition but only lasted 2 years. And didn't fall into any warranty nor did my care account cover it. It's a mixed bag on this one.

Purchase for combination of having the firestick already installed on tv. Handed due to only needing 1 remote to control system. Overall satisfied with purchase.

Lasted 2 yeears 5 1/2 months. No warranty. On to the next one.
