The TV was on sale due to the location being renovated. I couldn't pass up a deal like it, especially after just moving into our new home. It was a nice addition but only lasted 2 years. And didn't fall into any warranty nor did my care account cover it. It's a mixed bag on this one.

Lasted 2 yeears 5 1/2 months. No warranty. On to the next one.

The TV is great. This is the 2nd tv I bought for the house. Only issue is the apps sometimes don’t work

I love my tv but I had to uninstall several apps I’m not using cuz I kept get message that tv memory was low. Other than that I love it

I was looking for a larger Tv and when I got the email of best buys, I couldn't believe the price! I have an Insignia and I've never had a problem with it. In fact, the new one is replacing it.

Full of stories! Very light and thin, but does not conform to the known laws of space and time, i.e. you can watch non-live programming on it. Packed appropriately before being unpacked.

I really like this tv I love how it already had some of my favorite tv apps on it

Great value and it is working well in our basement. I don’t love the interface of the smart TV, but everything else has been a win.

Love my fire TV if you have Internet you can watch about anything in the world that you'd like. I am very impressed on the audio of this TV compared to other flat screens that I've had.

Great TV, pretty fast, and comes with a lot of features and nice UI. I like the home page since it gives you access to everything you need and new content as well.

built in amazon fire is awesome for streaming. had to tweak color a little bit to get picture to preferences. good TV for the price

I went to best buy on Roosevelt and Clinton to take back a tv I ordered online. The service was horrible and in the process of all the bad service I found this tv. The tv is awesome.

Excellent quality in regards to picture resolution and speakers are easy to hear even at a low volume level. Easy setup also. We have DirecTV and the TV came loaded with the app.

Perfect for office use. From Presentations, zoom meetings and spreadsheets this t.v is excellent. The brightness and screen quality make anything you put on the screen look amazing.

It took me a day of so to figure out how to use all the options and i love it . The 1 800 number for healp the people there were verry patient and extremely helpful.
