I really like the video and audio of this TV. The problem I have has to do with the apps. I was excited to use this instead of a fire stick, but the apps will not let me sign in with my tv provider, which makes some of them useless. When I have contacted the apps, they say it is a known issue. I have never had this issue with my fire stick though. Now I have a fire stick connected to my fire tv. Sounds pretty silly, but it works.

The brand might not be the typical brand you would purchase but after looking at a model tv and talking with my salesman I’m glad I purchased this brand.

Have had this tv for almost over a year and its doing its job. Easy setup and easy to connect apps.

Live the TV but the volume is not the greatest! The volume goes up and down on its own. It adjusts to commercials and gets very loud and then too quiet.

This TV is a great buy. I use it as a spare TV in my guest room and it works great. I appreciate the smart feature in this TV as it allows me to enjoy it without running cable directly to it.

So far a solid value. Great color reproduction, and solid picture. Not a huge fan or the Fire TV interface, but so far haven’t had many issues.

Got this Smart TV when my old one died on the day before Independence Day. Three hours of research paid off when I found exactly what I was looking for at the best price and available within an hour.

I love my tv but I had to uninstall several apps I’m not using cuz I kept get message that tv memory was low. Other than that I love it

Great TV, pretty fast, and comes with a lot of features and nice UI. I like the home page since it gives you access to everything you need and new content as well.

The TV is great. This is the 2nd tv I bought for the house. Only issue is the apps sometimes don’t work

Full of stories! Very light and thin, but does not conform to the known laws of space and time, i.e. you can watch non-live programming on it. Packed appropriately before being unpacked.

I was looking for a larger Tv and when I got the email of best buys, I couldn't believe the price! I have an Insignia and I've never had a problem with it. In fact, the new one is replacing it.

Great value and it is working well in our basement. I don’t love the interface of the smart TV, but everything else has been a win.

Love my fire TV if you have Internet you can watch about anything in the world that you'd like. I am very impressed on the audio of this TV compared to other flat screens that I've had.

This tv is amazing. It’s transformed smart house living into a real life entertaining event. So long are the days of too many cords and flipping channels. I love this so much

built in amazon fire is awesome for streaming. had to tweak color a little bit to get picture to preferences. good TV for the price

It took me a day of so to figure out how to use all the options and i love it . The 1 800 number for healp the people there were verry patient and extremely helpful.
