First time buying this brand. I am pleased with the screen quality. It competes with more expensive TVs I have in the house. This TV comes with great perks and apps. Love it.

Decent TV. It was more user friendly untilthe update. The back of remote slides freely after 1 drop

Love the tv. Had an issue with the remote but a quick google search and a YouTube video later it was a quick fix.

Usng it as a monitor for my computer. Easy to connect via HDMI. Great resolution once display settings are correct, which is easy and intuitive to accomplish.

Very good tv no need for media sticks , looks good sounds ok ... speakers on Thin tv’s aren’t the greatest ... yet.

I love my new TV. It would be great if it worked with Direct TV without having to turn it on, connect the TV and then change the input to Direct TV

The first one i bought was dead on arrival. I took it back and Best Buy return process was simple and easy and then i got the new one set up and it’s been perfect.

The picture was nice and the size was good. But it ran super slow and has a tendency to crash all the time, as well as freezing. It's super annoying. We didn't keep this TV long before we sold it and got a new one. Not worth it at all.

The best purchase for the price. The geek squad install customer service was excellent. I give great cudos to that service. Very personable and professional.

This was a little more than we expected. I have one other Insignia T.V., which we still use. This 55" has more we expected. The display is very nice.

Very satisfied with this smart TV. colors are great easy to look up anything you want to see by using Alexa.

Love it. It has good picture resolution. My sons are the ones that use it the most..it has what they like to watch, you tube, Netflix and amazon video.

good product and it's affordable...the box says led but when you read the TV itself it says lcd other than that nice TV

got this 4k tv for the x box to replace my last 4k tv that stopped working but it will not let it use 4k,only 1080. l was going to take it back but the cost of having some one rebox it and put it in my car was to much trouble so l had to make do with it, so if you need it for x-box do not buy other wise its ok

The LEDs went out on our TCL TV and we had to replace it. Best Buy had the best prices and exceptional quality compared to all the rest, believe me we looked ;)

I love my new tv. I love all the easy apps so I can go straight to Disney plus, Netflix and Hulu. I would recommend this tv to all friends and family.

It was a good tv. We bought in august of 2021 and it died June of 2023. Didn’t last very long. You can hear everything the screen just went out. We have a smaller version that we bought before that still works just getting slow.
