1st Day - Has frozen 16 times

Picture and sound are great... when it’s working. Switching between apps or to other HDMI for PlayStation causes a black screen and/or freezing completely. We have called twice and tech told us that the PlayStation is just getting used to it so give it a few days.... sounds ridiculous.
