This is consistent on multiple apps and clears up if I’m watching cable. I can also stream the same content with clear sound through my PlayStation. So it does appear to be a problem with the tv.

It changes channels for you without even touching the remote. It locks up and you can't change channels or control the volume. You can change channels and the sound from the channel you are changing from stays with all the channels your changing to. This is the worst tv ever made!!!!
