I thank it's good I never had a smart TV before. And I like the big picture.

Do NOT buy this brand or product! Be warned parts will fail and the cost to fix will exceed the value of the tv. Just Google this brand and the top hits are basically everything you can expect to go wrong with your tv if you don’t heed my warning. Mine began going out after about four months before finally completely going out after just about a year of having it. It’s a trash tv, and you are better served by spending more on a more consistently reliable brand. My Samsung is over ten years old and works like a champ. Lesson learned, avoid Insignia and Best Buy house brand products indefinitely.

I purchased this tv a year and a half ago. I had had one before that lasted four years and so I figured that it was a good product. The back light went out and I figured ok most tvs only last about four to five years unlike our old fashioned tv’s. But we were watching tv last night and the same thing happened to this tv. The back light went out. Difference is this one was bought a year and a half ago. So I know it costs like 100 to 122 to fix the back light and yeah if you buy another insignia it’s cheaper to buy another tv but nothing makes me madder then this happening . So if you want a cheap tv that has the same problem every few years but a insignia. I’m really mad.

I made this purchase randomly after a thunderstorm TV loss and have not been disappointed at all!
