As a smart TV it uses Alexa so it’s fairly simple.

This isn't the end of the world but it does pull away from the quality a fair bit.

In my two separate orders, I had selected different delivery options. No confusion at all. I got both orders, (4 items) super fast, and they were packaged safely (no smooshed boxes). I will definitely order from Best Buy in the future.
