As a smart TV it uses Alexa so it’s fairly simple.

The problem and I mean big problem is that it's remote and off button turn my Hisense tv off - no matter what I do. I called and informed Best Buy but all they could say was they had never seen this before and that I should bring it back - of course this would mean giving up the great deal I got on the Insignia tv. Even when I turn it off using the tv's on/off button - same thing.

This isn't the end of the world but it does pull away from the quality a fair bit.
