The problem and I mean big problem is that it's remote and off button turn my Hisense tv off - no matter what I do. I called and informed Best Buy but all they could say was they had never seen this before and that I should bring it back - of course this would mean giving up the great deal I got on the Insignia tv. Even when I turn it off using the tv's on/off button - same thing.

Easy set up and we mounted it to a TV stand no problem. The HD resolution is a vast improvement. I’m happy with this brand new. The initial quality didn’t disappoint me. I’m hoping, at this low price point, it lasts many years.
