The sound needs to be controlled from the tv control not my xfinity control. I need to get this corrected but have not had time. Richard Brown

Replacement utilizing the extended Geek warranty, replacing earlier model of the same size and feature Insignia 55", UHD, Fire, et al. Always been pleased with video; "...meh." with sound quality; comfortable with UI.
