Replacement utilizing the extended Geek warranty, replacing earlier model of the same size and feature Insignia 55", UHD, Fire, et al. Always been pleased with video; "...meh." with sound quality; comfortable with UI.

Our television went out after 7 years. We bout this one as a temporary replacement and it works wonderfully. We are would definitely recommend it.

Very disappointed in the TV and bestbuy for their lack of helping solve this problem

She just got it out this month when her remodel was complete. The remote barley works and hitting the home button does nothing. I’m not impressed at all. My Toshiba FireTV works way better.
