    I have had Samsung TVs for a long time, but after a sudden death of my TV after just a few years I wasn’t interested in a big expenditure. This one was well within my budget & has SO many more features than I had before.

    This was a second TV, the first one had sound issues-Best Buy was aweome in the exchange and replacement of the originsl TV purchase. This one is great. Do not regret the purchase at a phenomenal Christmas price.

    Was hard to find help (not alot of workers) but i knew what i wanted beforehand. I researched on best buy.com so it was great price and its a great product.

    Bought this TV during Black Friday sale. Needed a new TV in loft. Amazon TV so it was easily to resync my apps. I took away a star because it was hard to watch some movies with dark scenes on Netflix. Tried messing with the settings with no luck. Other applications and shows looked normal.

    I had 2 of these TVs 1st one had to exchange the colors were messing up with vertical lines going up on the TV, the second one, the sound startet messing up on it after about 3 weeks not very happy about my experience with this brand... now waiting for my 3rd TV in a matter of 3 months. Plus the remote control is awful... At least costumer service at Best Buy is pretty good.
