You can call customer service warranty and they will replace remote. Its an ok tv.

It is exactly what you pay for. So if you want a tv with high quality sound along with amazing picture quality…I’d look at purchasing something else.

Once we figured that we are unable to install all the streaming apps we wanted, we reset the TV and changed the account to full experience and it has been working great so far.
