At first, the picture was beautiful and we were very happy with our purchase. After a month, we started to experience a line on the tv that has no color and squiggly lines everywhere. The issues started after the return period ended. I am not sure where to go from here… I do not recommend anyone buy this tv….

It is great where we hung it on the wall mount and the step by step directions from the BestBuy tutorial video was a great help!

Ive had the tv for a year now and it has a handful of issues that have piled up. The worst is that the remote keeps randomly running out of batyeries no matter how new the batteries are, the remote juet stops working except for the power button. Also, the voice control stopped working randomly and now tells me that the voice remote is no longer paired even though its the same remote and ive never unpaired it. Additionally, if you do not properly exit the hulu app you will be unable to reopen it and will have to manually reset the tv. Finally, the tv will randomly glitch and bring you back to the home screen. Also, it will constantly give me notifications that i have messages under the setting tabs but there are never actually any real notifications/messages when you check them. While none of these are total show stoppers, they are immensley annoying to deal with, especially the remote that just randomly stops working. The fact that the tv cant even go one year before it starts having issues should say something about the quality as well as the likelihood that these are purposefully not designed to last so that you have to buy replacement items or a brand new tv in a very short period of time.
