    Very difficult to set up so each time it is turned on it goes right to local channels. Customer service at Best Buy was know help at all. Had to search the web to find solution.

    For some reasons, 2 of the tv we have (ordered 27+3, 30 tv’s total of exact same model) has the same issue. Some of the days it functions normally, other day the power button doesn’t work, i have to unplug and plug it back and turn on manually. It’s annoying especially when some of our guests are impatient when i try to figure out whats wrong with the tv.
