This TV has been amazing and has seen me through some times. Great quality, picture is amazing, price was reasonable, and all the apps are a big plus.

Great color and contrast. Very good quality. I have several insignia brand televisions and can't complain about any of them.

The picture is absolutely wonderful. Very easy to set up. The remote is nice glides in your hand. Everything moves quickly connect to Wi-Fi no problem. Only issue I had was signing into Amazon but that’s not a big deal.

Just bought a open box 55” insignia 4K smart fire TV. The quality of it is great. I really recommend it and I can’t complain especially the price I paid for it. I’m thinking of purchasing a second one for my kids room.

For its size, it's light, fits the area perfectly and was easy to install. Nice to have a clear picture again and on a bigger screen.

Amazing Price! Better performance and great customer service. 5 ⭐ product and service. The low price came as a shock since the abilities of the TV far exceeded typical standards for the dollar value. I've been using the TV everyday since I purchased it. The best buy associate helped me from the moment I walked into the store through checkout all the way to loading the oversized box into my car. I was impressed with the service just as much as the product itself.

Great tv! Bigger than I thought, but no big issues. I will warn you, that the tv self turns off if idle for a few minutes. No work out, I’ve tried! Otherwise works great

Purchased in February 2022 and after almost 2 years of use, I am very satisfied with the quality and features of this TV. Because of its Amazon features, I can easily add apps without the addition of a firestick. The voice remote control capabilities are useful. Picture quality is great, as is sound quality. It is currently in the living room on a TV stand and looks good in that space.

Really like this tv, it has a clear picture and the sound is good. Easy to download new apps and navigate. Suggest tv shows/movies for me to watch.

This is my first smart TV. I've always used "dumb" TVs with an Apple TV box. This TV makes my Apple TV almost useless. It has all of the apps that I use most on the Apple TV. Since it is internet connected it gets updates and it seems to get better with each update. It is now integrated into my Apple Homekit system which allows me to ask Siri turn the TV on and off. Although we have an Alexa device in my living room, my family prefers to use Siri. The picture is nice but there are some bright spots around the edge and you can see it most when the screen is supposed to be showing black or darkness. It's not terrible but if you are very critical of picture quality then this might be a turn off for you. This TV was easy to wall mount and is really very light for it's size. The audio output feeds nicely to my receiver.

This is a beautiful, high quality tv. I’ve not had a fire tv yet and was worried it would be difficult to use but it’s very straight forward, tons of options, and the remote is easy to use.

A super buy! however the installation service tech was absolutely AWESOME!!!, she had the TV unboxed, set up and running in less than 15 min (including setting up the Closed Caption for my wife) and the sound bar we purchased separately.

This had been an excellent FireTV for two years. One month before the extended warranty expired, a big black dot appeared on the screen with a black line going all the way up the length of the monitor. Best Buy Geek Squad is very responsive and they are sending out a replacement TV the next day, on a Saturday. I bought the 5 year extended warranty this time since its the same model with the known problem. They offered a credit at today’s value which is a couple hundred less than two years ago. Since this is the only model with FireTV I stuck with the same model for a replacement.

For value TV this one doesn’t act like it has incredible picture and the sound isn’t bad But we still had a sound bar because you always should great TV

Wonderful tv. Looks beautiful. Easy to set up and even easier to use afterwards. Has everything you need and then some. Works wonderfully with my insignia sound at as well. Hands down one of the best tvs I’ve ever owned.

For the most part this is a good TV for the price with ton of features. Pros Multiple HDMI ports to support multiple devices. TV support most sound bars but also the built-in speakers is good quality. The picture is very good wether you are gaming or watching movies. Cons The TV tends to get laggy sometime and require frequent rebooting, not sure of it's an issue with the OS on this TV or of it's a general problem with fire is. Some streaming apps are not supported in this TV.

Great value for the price , i love the alexa remote. The picture and sound quality is amazing i use it every weekend on my back patio to watch sports.
