Great TV Looking TV But......NEVER Again!

Owned for 10 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great TV Looking TV But...... - The Amazon UI is not as functional as Roku or Google TV and is a time waster. - If your remote goes out and you do a factory reset the TV is absolutely useless. The TV must pair to a remote to do anything. - Had some problems with the sound outputting to my sound bar. - Customer Support tries but was absolutely no help. - They put the serial number on the back of the TV where the wall mount mounts to the TV and if you do not have it you can not get a replacement so take a picture of the serial # before you mount it. - Insignia forces a technician to come out and physically check the TV before calling it defective. This is a huge time waster for the owner and the installer of the TV. - This TV only lasted 9 months. - Personally I blame their programming. Updates killed this TV. -- I will NEVER buy an Insignia TV ever again. You get what you pay for with this TV.
