It was a few months past the return period so Best Buy said, "not my problem." I should've ordered it through Amazon. I think I'm done purchasing appliances here.

Best Buy support told me too bad the product only Carries a one year warranty and even though I was elite plus at the time Of purchase that program no longer exist And the replacement programs were not active. While I do plenty of business with Best Buy the Insignia brand has been trending down. Buyer Beware

The picture was so dark even after i adjusted the settings. The remote had SO many buttons that you don't need. casting didn't work on anyones phone.
