I purchased this a few days before Christmas but I didn't take it out of the box until a few days later because I was waiting on a TV stand. After setting up the TV when the stand arrived, I noticed a crack on the screen but it looked like it started at the bottom from the TV where the screen meets the TV frame. I went to return the TV but they would not take the TV because it looked like it was punctured. I told then that it could have been punctured internally because the screen wasn't caved in, it look like it was pushed out. I also stated that that the screen could have not been sealed to the TV frame which could have caused it. After being there for over 30 minutes, they decided not to do the return so I left the TV there.

During the set up the remote would not pair with the tv. Called the manufacturer and was told they would send another remote which would take 5 days. No thanks. Took the tv back and got a Samsung. You get what you pay for.
