Remote will not pair
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.remote will not pair. been to best buy twice today. thought the first tv was bad, went back to exchange got a second tv brought it home and that tv would not pair to the remote. so i called insignia tech support and he told me there is a known issue with the remotes right now they are getting a ton of calls right now. Will be making my third trip to best buy today

Low quality

The remote seems to burn through batteries (2 sets in 2 months). So it costs about $3/mth in batteries and the remote is only used for power, volume and input (Roku is used for the rest).

HORRIBLE

I was told to contact manufacturer. When I contacted Insignia, i had to wait nearly 2 weeks for someone to come and look at it. Only to be told that it needed a few parts and it would be a few weeks. This is unacceptable on all fronts. It should've been replaced with a new TV immediately. Now I am stuck with a $500 TV that is taking up space and will probably break again if it is ever fixed!
