No satisfaction

I weigh 98 pounds and the lady on the phone kept telling me I had to get the numbers off the back the TV I told her I was heavy and I couldn’t she said she had to have any couldn’t help me so as I was trying to get the numbers, the TV fell on my foot and my foot broke and it’s still under Best Buy warranty. As of now it’s only three months old Best Buy will not stand up and replace the TV. I also had three years other warranty on it that I had bought so this was the ladies fault that the TV fell on my foot and then you know it had a crack in the screen. She was on the phone with me when it happened and wanted to hang out really bad I told her she better make sure she recorded every bit of that because I screamed and I was fine , I just think it’s a shame when you pay money for like that and yours uses it you can’t move something because you know you’re too small and it weighs more than you do that people can’t listen to you they just want you to do it they asked me to right away and she didn’t ask me to anyway she told me I had to I talked to several people at Best Buy geek squad and everything nobody’s got back with me yet like they promised they would to replace my TV by the way I am like I said I am 62 and that was my first big purchase ever I was proud

Decent

I would upset if I paid regular price for it. The colors are a bit off compared to my other LG and Samsung’s TVs. The fact that there’s no direct way to download the Spectrum TV app is also very frustrating.

Get a Fire Stick for Smart TV's

Constant buffering even with a modem within 8 feet of the TV. I purchased a 4G fire stick and the TV works perfectly now. Smart TV's have a long way to go to catch up technology wise to fire sticks, laptops, phones and even smart vacuums. Do yourself a favor and get a Fire Stick from the beginning. It will save you headaches

Picture color is disappointing

Best buy do better part 2

We hired Geek squad for $190.00 to come out and fix it, he explained that it was going to be cheaper to buy a new tv and left! I really cant believe that we had to pay that much money for them to come out and di nothing but tell us to buy a new tv! And i really cant believe Best Buy works with a third party in house that rips people off that bad! BEST BUY DO BETTER

Save your money

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While I have never liked the Fire TV menu, It wasn't a big deal because I only use the TV to display my Roku, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch through the HDMI input ports. The TV does do a good job of default to which ever input device is turned on, usually the Roku. However after a month the TV now randomly changes the screen resolution or creates bizarre grey bars across the screen then using any of the input device. I can usually clear the issue by switching to a different input and then back again. Several times I have only been able to clear it by unplugging the TV. The issue is getting worse every day and I have only had the TV a month.

Don’t buy Best Buy brand anything

Lesson learned I won’t purchase Best Buy brand again only Sony and Toshiba for me also it should be advertised in the product they can’t replace a damaged screen Signed a very unhappy customer/owner of a Best Buy credit card for 4 years

Could have been great

Keeps draining my remote batteries. After two to three days I have to swap remotes. The TV itself is great. But issues with the remote.

The TV sound randomly plays a high pitched sound that is incredibly annoying and disruptive. I have to exit out of the show and turn the TV back on to stop the noise, which is a major inconvenience. This issue has greatly affected my viewing experience and I expected better quality from a product of this caliber. I hope the manufacturer addresses this issue promptly to prevent other customers from facing the same frustration."

Green Screen Just after Warranty Ends

I just wonder if that's a thing now? If I hadn't purchased the extended the I'd be up the creek. I don't think I'll purchase this brand anymore. This has happened before but it showed signs 1st. I had it plugged into a surge protector and all of my other items are fine, so it's weird.

Didn't Make It 8 Months

It won't turn on and everything else around it working fine. Just a basic living room tv, no gaming, some streaming but that shouldn't matter. Try to figure out where and what the Warranty actually covers is so much fun. Waiting to hear back from Insignia but not holding out much hope. Save your money get something else.
