    DO NOT BUY! I bought 3 tv’s Insignia brand and they all went out a month or two after the warranty expired! And Best Buy will do nothing to make it right except send a technician out for a minimum of $130. Not including fees to actually fix it! It will cost more to fix it than what it’s worth! I work hard for my money and this is extremely frustrating they will not make this right. I will not spend another penny at Best Buy.

    I had TV less than 2 weeks and TV stopped working. I was unable to get to next screen after TV logo popped up. Returned. Best Buy representative did a diagnostic test on TV and it failed. Representative agreed TV was defective.

    Remote is worthless, constantly lagging or not recognizing input. Apps disappear from the home screen with no way to get them back. Have only owned the TV for less than six months. Will never buy an Insignia again. You get what you pay for I guess.

    Buy the F30 series instead!

    I returned my F30 thinking that I would be getting more bang for my buck with the F50 series…but boy was I wrong. The picture is fuzzy and blurry, where it was clear on the F30, the speakers have less bass are terrible compared to the much better speakers on the F30, and there is so much input lag whilst watching media and playing games (once again, something not present on the F30). If you haven’t guessed, I really regret returning my F30. I wasted so much time returning, packing, talking to customer service, and buying/installing the new tv. Definitely returning this one and getting my F30 back, hopefully I get one just as good as the first one I got.

    Picture and sound quality is good. But tv has gray ink on it. Looks like internal cracks.

    Don't buy this fancy dumpster fire of a TV. The tv constantly has issues of the picture being too dark. The sound on the tv is always an issue. Now, we've had this tv for a year and it makes a constant crackling noise. Even if the tv is off it makes this noise. I called best buy and was told they only cover the warranty for their brand name tv's for a year. They no longer offer a 2 year warranty on these tv's. I was told from corporate best buy just to buy a new tv. The repair work cost more than buying a new tv. Now I'm stuck with this $600 disappointment of a tv. Do not buy any insignia tv!!!

    I purchased 2 of these for Christmas 2021. One works correctly but the second is in a perpetual restart loop. I unboxed it on the 21st of February and it started its restart loop on the 1st of march. It does not function correctly and can not be reset or factory reset due to restarting within 10 seconds. The one that is working is working well, but the second failed relatively quickly.

    For whatbi paid for it, it ok. But i wouldnt buybthis for the tv nice big tv in your living room or basement. Buffets A LOT. Randomly switches to youtube app while using other apps. When oressing buttons on the remote, it can take upwards of 15-20 seconds for the tv to react. Picture is ok, not the best. Volume is good.

    Remote battery last no more than a few days. TV constantly disconnects from HDMI outputs so often to the point I have to manually reset the TV. Don't cheap out like I did buy a Sumsang, LG or Vizio
