    The tv turns off very quickly and it has already gotten stuck on a screen and pixelated

    This TV has not worked right since early on. Now it is just 2 years old and it is not functioning. When you try to open and app it just loads 20% and spins. It never completes loading. It’s extremely frustrating. It will not recognize the Fire Cube at all.

    The Tv was a good price for the size, The picture is not very clear though. I would not buy again.

    Tv is great but what is a TV when the remote doesn’t work. Since my purchase, I have changed the battery once a month. I have watched YouTube videos on how to pair/reset the remote, but it still doesn’t work now I am using a tv mobile app to watch TV.

    Terrible TV - WiFi doesn't work properly

    This is a terrible TV, and Best Buy has been awful trying to resolve the situation. Unlike every other device I have, the TV does not consistently pick up Wi-Fi. Best Buy sent a technician to look at what was wrong, and the technician said it needed a part. (Weird after 5 months) After installing the part, it still doesn't work. I am still trying to resolve this with Best Buy customer service, but they are awful, too.

    I bought this in December and my picture has to big stripes on the screen today. 6.24. What a disappointment didnt last 6 months and its not even my main tv.

    The tv is definitely not worth it. The number of times that you have to reset the remote for it to work, is ridiculous!! It’s like having a virus on your computer. It just gets stuck!!! Ugh. It’s so frustrating. If I 5,000 thumbs, they’d all be down!

    It’s cheap, you can see that it’s not fully black you can see white things when it’s a dark scene.

    Absolutely terrible. Tv barely works can’t get through one episode of a tv show without it buffering 800x. picture quality is embarrassing. I would like someone to resolve this issue ASAP

    I mean you pay for what you get. It started off as a great TV but after about a month and a half the TV started to act all buggy and wouldn’t load up apps or change inputs without having to wait multiple minutes.

    This TV SUCKS at streaming sports

    This TV is trash. Fire TV sucks, dont bother. If you want to stream ANY kind of sports game on ANY app, prepare to buffer non-stop with perfect internet connection and cleared cache. We have a Sony TV that has less apps to download and such but is a million times better at streaming what it does have with same internet connection. Shows and movies not much issues but if you plan on watching sports with this TV, DO NOT BUY.

    Completely stopped working in 3 months, Best Buy's "warranty" was useless. Do not recommend this product at all
