Delivered Broken

This was a replacement for the TV I bought from Best Buy 14 months ago ($1,700) for my parents which died 12 months and one day after getting it. Imagine their delight in having not one but two broken TVs from Best Buy. The holiday season keeps on giving! I called the store and they don't care, just assume you are trying to scam them. The products don't need reviews, the company does. Just assume when it breaks, no matter when, Best Buy will not care.

Price dropped significantly after my return window

Do yourself a favor, don’t buy!

The last two within the last 4 months. They definitely have not perfected this tv… thank goodness I had the geek squad protection plan. Pixel problems, sounds issues, and today after it was fixed. There were even more problems plus the same old problems. Currently I have a fabulous looking, mostly black and white tv that’s still plays sound even when your tv is off.

Doesn't last as long as it should

Screen recycles

Called in for product support and they tell me to do the same thing repeatedly instead of replacing the TV. We shall see how long it takes to get a replacement under warranty.
