    I had it for almost a year now and it's giving me problems. Trying to switch over to hdmi 2 input is not working. You're forced to sign up or in to use the TV. Display mirror isn't simple as my old Samsung's clicking one button.

    After April 4th i turn the tv on to two lines down the screen , turn it off and turned it back on and they were gone

    The TV I just bought and gave to my brother as a moving present doesn’t work. He moved to a different state and they are giving me the run around on fixing the problem. The tv I bought is no longer available to pick up or ship, but they want me to somehow return the one I bought to the same store…. While on the phone, I got transferred to the wrong department 3 different times and spent over an hour on the phone with no resolution. So frustrating!

    The remote stops working almost everyday and it’s irritating. I turn the tv on and off still no action that’s until I unplug/plug it back in. Bad purchase

    TV Quality is good. The issue is with the apps connection using built in smart apps. Really unstable and buffering all the time. I had to use fire stick and works fine.

    The tv keeps on going safemode,goes on and off by itself,flickering tried all youtube restart/restart factory settings with no success, remote keeps typing itself,dont buy it

    I purches this tv abot 6 weeks ago and withing thr first 4 weeks the picture in the corner started to fade it losses sound when it wants unless i picked up a bad one of the batch i cant say i would recommend this tv and i know most of you will say oh look at the price what did you expect i expect longer then 6 weeks!

    I will never buy another Insignia tv from Best Buy again. I've had numerous problems . Had an appointment scheduled for this morning between 8am-12pm to repair this tv. It's now 6;47pm and not seen a sole or received a phone call.

    I will NEVER buy a fir TV again. I recently bought 2 of them. IT DOES NOT LET ME PREVENT THE TV FROM GOING TO SLEEP. This is so aggravating.     Wi-Fi connectivity broke after 1 week

    The Wi Fi connection stopped working after 1 week. This is literally the only way I have to connect it to streaming services and even if it weren't, it's rather ridiculous to accept that when I could have a TV that can access Wi Fi for the same price. I returned it right before the return window deadline.

    Bought the TV in February 2022. Started glitching two weeks ago; remote randomly stops working, iPhone 12 can't connect AirPlay or the Home app, resolution is grainy on darker scenes.

    will never buy another insignia tv thing worked fine until yesterday. started showing color lines and no visible picture when i turn it on. came and seen all the other one star reviews and it looks like its a common occurance with this tv.

    I purchased the tv as a gift online. The price was good. When it arrived the tv appeared to have a crack in the screen when it was turned on. Was a disappointment. We had to take it back when getting to the store to return it we notice another brand with a brighter image with better quality itmage.

    The sound is not working properly anymore, every so often static is rhe oly thing that comes out of the speakers. I have only had the tv for a few weeks.

    Hdmi connections are going out at the 6 month mark. We need to fully power down the yv each time we want to change to a hdmi input. This is apparently a known issue with insigna tv's.
