    Dissapointed not able to hookup cable box to HDMI

    We have been unable to connect our cable box to the HDMI input. Have had to go and obtain a new cable box with new HDMI cable and still is not reading from any input. The ports must be bad. Will be returning television.

    The sound doesn’t work

    I bought this for Christmas and was very excited. It worked great out of the box. BUT about 60 days later, I noticed the sound and audio were out of sync. On a weekly basis, I have had to reset the audio which syncs it back up. Here I am 88 days later and now there is no sound. I can hear the clicking when I change the volume but no sound from what I want to watch. Now, on a daily basis, I need to unplug it for a few seconds for it to work. I hate this TV and DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

    Screen tearing

    The TV was good for the first 9 months but now it’s starting to have screen tearing. I’ve looked all over the web for ways to fix it and all I find are people saying not to buy this TV.

    Bed Room TV - Speakers

    speakers went bad in less then 2 weeks. this tv is rarely used and is our master bedroom tv. volume was never higher then 12

    Cheap TV dies in 12 months

    Bought this Oct. 2021. In one year the LED lights died, TV gone black. Same thing happened to my sons TV same brand. Don't bother.

    TV broke in less than a month

    Purchased this TV on August 14th 2023 the screen stopped working on September 8th 2023. Conveniently 10 days after the date in which we could return it to the store. We called to have geek squad come look at it and they are unable to come until September 16th 2023.

    I like insignia tvs. This one is a good tv but the remote does not work. Best buy was no help. They will not send a new remote and say I must exchange the entire tv. Very poor customer service so I'll return the tv and not shop there again.

    This tV deserves less than 1 star but since I can only give one, here it goes. Purchased and returned twice! I believe this brand/model is truly cheaply made or they are all just defective. Nothing more to say except…keep on pushing by this one. It’s no good and not worth the headache.

    Tv is horrible the picture is the worst. It is not a 4k tv. The resolution is blurry and the color is the worse. Don’t buy it you’ll regret it. I’m take it back for a refund or exchange for a better tv. The quality of this brand use to be good but now it’s absolutely horrible…

    This was great until it would not go past logo screen. Tried various options...no luck. Hired tv repair, he could not get it to load either. Seemed to be locked in a loop.

    Just bought this tv and it’s glitching havent had this tv for 24hrs. Now i have to hassle to load it in my suv and take a trip to exchange it. Very frustrating!!! 0/10 do not recommend on top of that it wouldnt even pair with remote when i first turned it on. I knew it was off to a bad start

    worthless tv, doesn't play other apps

    after a month, it started having trouble playing several downloaded apps. i did end up purchasing a fire stick and so far that is helping. i tried to return the tv but it was after the 15 days. i would never recommend this tv

    We bought an insignia tv back in April. It went out in September. Bought another one September 10, it went out October 16. Getting them fixed through manufacture warranty, but won’t be buying another insignia tv. Will go back my Samsung!!

    Not functioning correctly. It won’t just come on. Have to unplug it and hold the power button for 10 seconds then plug it back in for it to come on.
