    Warning ⚠️ ⚠️ Dont waste your money on this. Mustard up the extra cash for the higher quality 4ks and brands. My first time cheaping out and going with a lower end 4k model and man do i regret it. Im aware theres reasons my samsung qleds cost what they did but this is just too poor of quality. Gives me 2008 1080p lcd vibes. I really dont wanna go through the troubles of unmounting, repacking, and returning it. Thank goodness this was for a guest bedroom.

    This TV is the worst TV ever just after the 15 day period no HDMI port works I have to reset the TV twice in 2 days to get it to work this is trash DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TO BUY THIS TV.now I am stuck with putting out the garbage. Started out telling me to check signal now I have purchase another TV after 16 days....Stay far from this brand.

    Cracked after 11 months

    Stopped working all of a sudden. Called Best Buy to come oit inder warranty. Tech was here for 3 minutes and said the screen was cracked and left. Not sire where crack came from but now i have a 55inch paperweight. Do not recommend tv or Best Buy warranty work.

    Junk. TV works ok, except that every time you turn it on it automatically starts playing ads. I didnt but a TV that showed ads, that came with a BS software update. Never buying insignia again.

    Would be 5 stars accept there were no directions, customer services number, ... any direction on how to set the television to stay on my cable box input when coming on. Enter Goggle and Utube. They saved you a return. TV works great... just no operating instructions ANYWHERE including Best Buy or Insignia. HORRIBLE customer service.

    TV was working good until the warranty ended now the TV doesn’t work and ofcourse they’re not gonna cover it. Not worth it if you only want a TV to work for a year.

    I was not impressed by this tv. I returned it. Not comfortable with the settings. I miss the simplicity of older tv’s without the “smart”.

    The picture was clear but when there was fast movement the picture was horrible. Looked like the actors on the picture were getting an X-ray.

    We have had this television for 14 months and something is wrong with the picture. When watching shows there is a red tint to the screen and a green glow in some spots.

    I have yet to use this product because it wa purchased with an accompanying stand. The stand was delayed and i was told they had no anticipated date to recieve it. The company policy does not allow stores to ship from store to store. Awful policy translate to awful service.
