    Color and sound is really bad on this TV, but what an you expect from the low end smart Tv. Keeps reverting back to the antenna mode when I have it on HDMI mode, not easy to navigate. .

    I bought this TV just over a year ago (so the manufacturer warranty no longer applies), and it has just stopped working. The audio will play but the visuals will not. The TV has been glitchy the whole time I have had it.

    I had this tv for 14 months when it went bad. Unfortunately I did not have the extended warranty so in the garbage it went

    This brand is pushed hard by the staff, but is the WORST TV made! The store baits you with price reductions but go with another brand.

    TV didn't even work for 2 weeks and the picture went out. Had to call the Geek Squad to come and fix it. The tech had to order 2 power boards which cost more than I paid for it. Thank goodness I bought the insurance. Now we're waiting on the parts and tech to fix it. Hopefully the TV will work and last a long time, once it is repaired. I'm thankful we have a smaller TV to watch.

    The worst TV I've ever purchased. My TV is not even 2 years old and now I have a black screen and no sound. The motherboard has went out and it's only covered under manufacturer warranty for one year. I paid over $400 for this television what a waste

    Bad screen quality. The worst part is the menus and the operating system. It’s terrible a d slow and the remote is slow. It’s worse than my old Tab

    I can tell this is a used TV and it wasn’t labeled that way. The remote buttons are sticky ever since I got it out the box. The tv is blurry too

    Bought 2 of these. They are SO SLOW! They lag. We have updated, restored, removed apps, disabled unwanted functions. To no avail. Do not buy.

    The speed on this TV is ridiculous! You sit and wait and wait for the TV to open your apps. I hate the remote it’s a piece of crap. Wish I had my money back.

    Returned it within the 14 days. It was annoying having to sign in to the TV every time to watch something. Also, if the internet goes out, you can't even watch a DVD because you need the internet to sign in to the TV to use it. Do not recommend. Bought a different TV that is not Amazon Fire and have not had issues.
