Issues after less than a month of owning it

Tried many things including the classic factory reset hail mary and still nothing. Hooked my old TV up and everything works like it's supposed to.

DO NOT BUY INSIGNIA

You can’t pause it without the tv cutting the app off after 10 minutes and have to restart it. (I looked at settings and googled the issue - I wasn’t the only one complaining) Now we can’t even get into an app without RESTARTING our TV. I do not recommend an Insignia TV.

Garbage

No instructions!

If you know what you are doing that's fine. For somebody with no experience setting up smart tv's this is a pain in the butt.

Tv dead after 2 years.

My tv went out at the worse time. Very disappointing. Ive had a samsung tv for over 8 year's still going strong next time i need a tv . I will buy a samsung again
