This TV is picture perfect in every way, including the surprisingly reasonable cost. And the person who made the delivery was polite, friendly and so outgoing. I am glad I decided to buy from Best Buy rather than another seller.

This TV was a real bargain. It has a great picture with more vibrant, deeper colors than two other name brand large screens I own, yet costs less than half the price. I'm very satisfied with the set and would not hesitate to buy an Insignia again.

We had an old Roku TV and decided to get a new SMART TV. This TV was inexpensive and everything we wanted for picture quality and ease of use.

The picture quality is indeed stunning; I couldn't ask for better. Also surprising was the *audio* quality. I had always run my TV through a receiver to use stereo speakers but it's not even necessary here (you can adjust the audio: treble, bass, balance) as it's a stereo TV. Best of all was if you are a Firestick user. It's built-in here, so no need to attach anything and my favorite part: NO CABLE necessary! Because I already had a Firestick account once I booted this thing up I was watching programs and movies in minutes--it will also restore all the apps you had on your previous Firestick (HBO Max, Prime, Netflix, etc.). I still can't believe this thing was just over $300 but so worth it.

Great picture and sound. Excellent price! This tv replaced a 50” Insignia tv purchased in 2018 for almost twice the cost!

Great picture quality at the store, and even better in my living room. Sound is impressive and set-up instructions were fast and easy.

Overall: decent picture, weak speaker and iffy functionality. Designed to be paired with "Alexa" junk so if you just want to use remote be aware it sucks. In Depth: Do yourself a favor and don't buy ANYTHING with FireOS. It's more hassle than it's worth. Numerous times the tv had issues out of box. Some times the tv would not turn on and had to hard pull from wall to reboot. Sometimes no sound, sometimes would not switch input, etc...each time I had to hard pull from outlet to get a reboot to "fix" the issue. Then there is the interface; it's SLOW. There are a constant stream of ads and the "parental" controls are a joke. I thought smart tv's were supposed to make life easier but all these tv's serve is to make the manufacturer's job easier of advertising junk while limiting your actual control over the device. Then there is inappropriate ads right on homescreen when you turn it on with 0% ways to remove or clear out. I know, I've spoken with Amazon and it's "working as intended" Do yourself a favor, if you are too cheap to get a better TV stick to your "dumb" tv and buy and NVIDIA Shield for streaming services, you'll thank yourself later. Just whatever you do, don't buy Amazon junk. I'd add a photo of inappropriate ad but it's being blocked buy Best Buy

Easy to set up, just follow the prompts. Nice picture quality and good sound. I've had it about a month now and I'm extremely pleased with this purchase.

absolutely average performance. Not actually bad, but not great either. It’s a $300 tv, so at this price it’s 5 stars. Light, easy to hang, no setup to speak of, and entirely watchable. It is not a cinematic experience. Has lots of picture adjustments, but every time I use them I end up restoring the default. It’s a little washed out, the blacks aren’t impressive, and the contrast isn’t great, but again it’s a $300 tv and is very watchable. Paired with a $50 Insignia sound bar it’s a solid second set. I’d spend more if it were a primary tv...
