    It wasn’t great . No Dolby atmos . It lags every 5 seconds this is my 5th one.

    THE FIRST 2 WEEKS THE SOUND WOULD GO OFF AND ON FOR HOURS. BUT BEST BUY DOESNT TAKE BACK ANYTHING AFTER 14 DAYS AND THE TV WAS ALREADY 20 DAYS OLD! SO I WILL NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM BEST BUY AGAIN.

    Black & White Strip

    We've only had this 1 month, and the picture is now black & white for about 4" going down the middle of the screen. It's ONLY 1 month old! Can you replace or fix it? I see others have this same problem, so you know what the issue is. If they can't help me, I DON'T recommend buying this product.

    Lasted just short of 3 years

    Bought it when I moved to this house just a little less than 3 years ago, hung it on the wall never moved it since. Just now, the screen went dead. When you turn it on, the screen flashes just for a second, then goes black. After a unplugging it and plugging it back in, it doesn't turn on at all now.. My older Insignia's lasts, I have a 32 inch that is well over 8 years old, still works great.

    Bought an Insignia 2x - Shame on Me

    TV was great… Until it wasn’t. This brand will last up to two years (at best) and of it course it was past the warranty. So the first time I bought the brand and it died l thought it was just a fluke. Second time I bought an Insignia it and was still under warranty, but it was the picture tube and since Insignia doesn’t make a replacement part for picture tube and Best Buy would not replace the TV.

    Very Disappointed, Online description False.

    My first mistake was buying it online, It said it was a 55 inch TV but neglected to say there was a giant black border so that the actual picture was 40 inches!!! DSo picture smaller than the TV I replaced!!!

    Remote Pairing Issue

    After assembling TV, couldn't get it to work because TV would not pair to remote. Did all troubleshooting I found online but nothing worked. Exchanged for a different TV thinking I just got a bad one, but had same issue with second TV. When returning it, ran into another woman returning hers for same reason. I would not recommend until Insignia fixes this issue.

    Bad Choice

    Worse TV ever purchased. Keeps turning off for no reason the first day I got it. Even hooked up an Amazon Fire stick max. Same thing happens. Randomly turns off while watching. Saved myself the headache and returned it.

    Horrible TV, it's garbage, didn't work on install

    This TV was delivered and did not work. I could get the apps, but nothing else, so my dish did not work either. Best Buy/Geek Squads customer service is also the worst. 5 transfers so far in an hour on chat and 2 on the phone.

    Bad luck

    This is the second Insignia tv we have gotten in the past month Both of them were defective and we could, not use them at all. So disappointing! We have had an Insignia for several years and never had a problem with it. I’m. Bewildered as to why we had such bad luck!

    Freezes video and audio often

    This tv will start to experience video freezing over time even after you clear cahe, reboot, etc. There's a bug in the firmware imo. I do not recommend this tv or brand.

    Caution- Display Issue

    I absolutely loved this TV, but it lasted only 16 months before the display no longer worked. Called my cable company to ensure every other possible issue was mitigated before determining the display was simply no longer functioning. Can still hear audio but just a black screen.

    I purchased this tv in April 2020. The screen went black and i followed the reset instructions. It worked the first time, but the screen went black again. This time reset process did not correct. Working with Insignia on a fix. Will update once resolved.

    I wish i never bought this Tv. Connectivity issues. I always have to restart the Tv just to watch it. It never connect to the internet always says connected... no internet in sick of it. I should have bough another Roku Tv.

    worse experience with a tv and really let down

    Bought one on 12/03/2019. It broke down last week and took it to Best Buy to get it to fix and they told me they cannot do anything. I FIND IT UNACCEPTABLE that a big store does not offer protection on the products sold. I read online that it should be the backlight that stopped working and Best Buy wouldn't even accept the TV for repair. Also, tried to just leave it there but they wanted to also charge me 30 bucks. Go figure!!

    I can NOT recommend an insignia tv- unless you like fighting with your tv to get the picture to come on - black screen - yup known problems with theses - don't waste your time. buy something different

    I got the tv and it was broken before two weeks. Talked to Best Buy they a new Tv to me. I had installed on Tuesday by 7:00pm the same thing happed. I unplugged the tv turned it back on and it worked for 1 day. It’s Friday and the 2nd tv is Broken. I did get the for a good price but a nickel would have been to much if I knew then what I know now.
