    Do Not Buy!

    Bought the tv open boxed on May 14th, ended up returning it by May 22nd. I was only told the tv didn’t have a stand and no booklet which I didn’t mind because it was getting mounted anyway. By May 18th the Audio started shutting off by itself. The tv speakers would turn off on its on and you had to mess with the settings for it to turn back on. Seems to be a recall issue that isn’t being addressed or informed about.

    I dont like the insignia TV at all..Its always telling me I'm low on space.. I would have to delete apps all the time.. Also it didn't last very long before it went out I'll never buy another one..

    So not worth it!

    Save your money and buy a reputable brand television. My insignia lasted 20 months and quit working. It cost more to fix than to replace. No more best buy brands for me. Should have bought a Samsung. Thanks best buy.

    Short lived

    We bought this tv 3 years ago this time of year for Christmas, it started having to constantly be restarted about 3 months ago, softeare was up to date and it just died. We didnt get 3 whole yrars put of it. Wont buy this brand again!

    Bad picture not long lasting

    Bought this a couple of years ago, about two Pontus ago the picture went out. Just went faded and blinks on and off. Now I’m worried about the 65 inch I bought in December. Not a good product

    Stay away from Insignia

    Terrible products. Spent 700 dollars on an Insignia Roku Smart TV and it had so many issues. After 4 and a half years and it became useless. There support just gave me a few lame troubleshooting steps and then said well sorry your warranty is over.

    Had my first repair in less than a year. Replaced the remote in a little over a year. Black screen of death at 2.5 years. I paid 299+, cost of repair 250 and they suggested another one same brand. Never.

    I have had this insignia 55 inch tv for 2 days and it keeps turning off and on. Very disappointing!! Customer service wasn't much of a help. I'm very sorry I purchased this tv.

    No good. It would not come on and work. Had to return it! Got a Sony instead! Not going to buy anything from China anymore! We cannot fund an enemy that wants to do us harm. Bye-bye!

    I just bough,t picked up and setup the tv but it came out defective with no video just a black screen. Returning asap no wonder its on sale

    Don’t waste your money

    Product arrived timely YAY. Within 7 months of purchase the screen was split by multiple lines and within 7.5 months, the TV stopped working completely. Don’t waste your money!! TRASH!

    Unboxed it literally minutes ago. There are Horizontal lines running down the tv tried power cycling and all that fun stuff still nothing. Very disappointed :(

    Horrible tv. This tv picture color has no vibrancy. My Roku tv from Walmart has a better picture than this tv. I guess at the price point, you get what you pay for.
