||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased TV on April 1st (yeah bad idea) because it was on sale for an office conference room. When the room was ready for install we setup and turned on the TV to find the screen was broken. I called Best Buy to be told that Best Buy even if I purchased the extended warranty protection plan would not cover a broken screen. The MOST important part of the TV is not covered. As you can see in the pictures the TV still has the "protective" plastic on it. Neither I or my company will ever purchase another Best Buy product. As a VP of Service I refuse to do business with a company that will not stand by their Products. These box stores are wondering why they are losing business to Amazon. DO better Best Buy

I read some reviews about the longevity of the tv, but I’ve had it for a little over a month and really LOVE it! I like having the FireTV built into the TV. For the price, can’t beat it!

Found it on the Best Buy website bought it and picked it up the next day. It was bought out to my car and was put in by the salesman. The tv has worked perfect and was very reasonable price for it size and options. Thank you Best Buy.
