Good TV for the price! The Amazon TV Home Screen is great!

By far I am enjoying this tv, it’s my latest addition to my Fire tv collection and they do not disappoint.

First one died within 2 weeks of purchase. 2nd one is now starting to fail as well. Not even 90days old.

Great TV great price! My favorite TV brand. I will always recommend this product.

Bought 3 and spent $750 total. Great bargain considering there are other 55” that go for over 1K each.

Customer service was great. He was very informative about the TV.

My last tv was also smart, but we never used it that way because it didn't have the ability to download new apps. We used a Roku instead, so I think most of my issues with this tv are based around my preference for that UI. The ads were far less aggressive on Roku. I'm still giving it a go, but we left the Roku plugged in in case the Fire tv turns out to be more trouble that it's worth.

By this TV one day brought it home set it all up the TV was defective. Took it down Reeboks it all up took it back to the store replaced it for the identical TV just to bring it home set it all back up and within 2 days dead pixels started popping up. At Best Buy to switch out the TV for a model similar that was a couple dollars more and ask them if they would just cover the difference for the inconvenience they told me no. Insignia is made by Best Buy and it's probably honestly one of the worst TVs I've ever purchased.

I bought a brand new one online, since I don't have a vehicle large enough to transport from the store. They were a week out for delivery. When it delivered, the box was already opened and retaped, the tv stand legs were opened and the hardware (screws) were in a zip-loc bag. This is my third order with BestBuy that was supposed to be brand new, and arrived refurbished. Don't buy something like this online. I have to wait another week for them to deliver a new one, and hopefully not another refurbished one.

So i ordered this Tv from Best Buy for open box pick up. I even asked for a Tv in excellent condition. What i got was far from excellent. Tv came with no remote and no tv stand and paint marks. I asked for them to send me a tv stand and remote, and they said the only thing they could do is for me to return it to the store for a refund or exchange. I am so disappointed. All they had to do was send me the missing parts

I bought this TV 2 days ago (July 9, 2024) and the picture has ALREADY gone out! I can't believe it. I was watching a TV show and all of a sudden, the picture went out and a bunch of colorful stripes replaced the picture. This is absolutely unacceptable! With all these bad reviews, why are they still selling this model? I went to Best Buy and ended up with a Worst Buy! On the same day, I also bought the Roku Voice Remote Pro for one of my other TVs because Best Buy advertised that the remote would pair with my specific model Roku TV. It did not. I paid $32 for a non-pairing remote. Do better, Best Buy. I'm giving you 1 shot to fix this by providing me with workable products - and if you can't, I will take my business elsewhere.

The tv came broken. I didn’t notice it till after 2 weeks n ofcoarse it’s past their return policy. I wasn’t able to open it since I had to travel for work. Lesson learned for sure.
